What this website collects

The booking form asks for your name and phone / WhatsApp number, and optionally an email address, a preferred date, a treatment of interest and a short message.

The form is not sent to or stored on this website's server. When you press the button, your device opens WhatsApp with those details written into a message to the clinic's number (+82 10-4476-4641). Nothing is transmitted until you choose to send that message in WhatsApp yourself.

How the clinic uses your request

Ollium Clinic (올리움의원) uses the details you send only to answer your enquiry and arrange your visit. Authorised clinic staff read the message; when an appointment is confirmed, the necessary details are entered into the clinic's scheduling system.

Messages sent through WhatsApp are also handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms and privacy policy.

How long it is kept

Requests that do not become a visit are reviewed for deletion after 90 days. Records that become part of your visit are kept under the clinic's medical-record obligations under Korean law.

What this website does not collect

This website does not ask for identification documents, payment details or medical images, and does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Please do not put detailed medical information in the optional message; it can be discussed at consultation.

Technical data

The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes standard connection data such as IP address to serve and protect the site, and provides privacy-preserving visit counts without cookies. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and the map on the directions page is provided by Google Maps, so your browser connects to Google when those pages load. Links to Instagram and Google open those services, where their own policies apply.

Your rights and contact

You can ask the clinic to see, correct or delete the details you have sent by calling +82 2 557 7138 or messaging on WhatsApp. You may also choose not to use the form and contact the clinic by phone instead.
